NTF in a few numbers and words

21 shows: 49 performances x 16 theaters = 10 Festival days! This is the arithmetic formula of the 23rd edition of the National Theater Festival that, as every autumn, brings joy to Bucharest stages, all glad to welcome first-class guests. Other convivial spaces have joined in the now traditional art circuit of the Capital.

From Friday, 25 October, till Sunday, 3 November, NTF invites audiences to evade from the virtual worlds we all often take refuge in and return to the national theatrical reality of the 21st century, and shows that give numbers back their true significance. The schedule by days and hours may also be found on our site: www.fnt.ro/Program

Important: the Odeon Theater production of The Soldier’s Tale by Charles-Ferdinand Ramuz, music: Igor Stravinsky, conductor: Tiberiu Soare, included in the Actors in the spotlight section, with Dorina Lazăr in the leading role, will not feature in the Festival because some of the musicians in the orchestra are on tour abroad. You are invited to see it during the regular season.

The performance schedule will soon be completed with the list of scheduled related events (meetings, debates, conferences, symposia, workshops, exhibitions, book launches) and information about ticket sale.
