Nu cred c\u0103 arta care m\u0103 intereseaz\u0103 poate r\u0103m\u00e2ne la nivelul spontaneit\u0103\u021bii subiectului, ci exprim\u0103 o nevoie constant\u0103 de a reflecta la fenomene \u00een sine, \u00een mod subiectiv, \u00eentrupat, ca o form\u0103 simetric\u0103, antropomorfic\u0103 a \u0219tiin\u021bei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum \u00ee\u021bi organizezi etapele de cercetare?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sunt o serie de teme mari care m\u0103 preocup\u0103 pe perioade lungi de timp \u0219i \u00eencerc s\u0103 integrez spectacolele \u00een aceste teme. Vorbim de o perioad\u0103 lung\u0103 de elaborare \u0219i evolu\u021bie a acestor teme, unele persist\u0103 de 20 de ani. Spectacolul \u00een sine, \u00eenainte de elaborarea scenariului, se contureaz\u0103 pe marginea unei cercet\u0103ri focalizate pe un subiect specific, o perioad\u0103 anume, un personaj, un proces istoric sau eveniment. \u00cencerc s\u0103 aflu c\u00e2t mai multe despre acest subiect \u0219i s\u0103 conceptualizez fenomenul pe care \u00eel adresez. Uneori rezult\u0103 \u0219i texte mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin academice \u00een acest proces. Urm\u0103toarea etap\u0103 este elaborarea scenariului, care uneori are loc foarte rapid, primul draft \u201ese scrie singur\u201d, \u00een c\u00e2teva zile. Cel mai eficient ajutor este colaborarea cu actorii, \u00eei am mereu \u00een minte \u00een momentul \u00een care elaborez personajele, situa\u021biile, inclusiv o anumit\u0103 estetic\u0103 sau un univers sonor. \u00cen acest moment, procesul se mut\u0103, performerii vin \u00een prim-plan \u0219i acolo r\u0103m\u00e2n p\u00e2n\u0103 la casarea spectacolului. Partea cea mai satisf\u0103c\u0103toare este etapa de repeti\u021bii, unde un alt nivel al cercet\u0103rii are loc. Ideile \u0219i personajele prind carne, \u00ee\u0219i caut\u0103 solu\u021bii concrete de rezolvare scenic\u0103, inclusiv replicile cap\u0103t\u0103 materialitate. O expresie detestat\u0103 \u00een teatru, \u201eh\u0103lci\u201d de text, mi se pare poetic\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencerc s\u0103 o pozitivez, este ca un organ \u00een c\u0103utarea unui corp care s\u0103 \u00eel integreze, un mecanism care s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie o ma\u0219in\u0103rie complex\u0103 care este spectacolul. Aceast\u0103 ma\u0219in\u0103rie, acest asamblaj la care particip\u0103 fiecare muncitor din fabrica spectacolului devine un corp unitar, f\u0103r\u0103 organe care dor. Aceast\u0103 cercetare s-a \u00eentins pe mai mul\u021bi ani \u0219i am descoperit o serie de istorii teatrale locale pu\u021bin cunoscute, care aveau \u00een centru teatrul idi\u0219 din regiunea noastr\u0103. C\u00e2teva personalit\u0103\u021bi fascinante care, din p\u0103cate, nu au r\u0103mas consemnate \u00een istoria teatrului local sau \u00eentr-o memorie cultural\u0103 specific\u0103, ap\u0103reau \u00een documentele vremii. Am decis s\u0103 m\u0103 opresc asupra unui caz particular, compania de teatru IKUF care a func\u021bionat \u00eentre 1944 \u0219i 1947, av\u00e2ndu-l \u00een centru pe regizorul \u0219i actorul Iacob Mansdorf. Un ajutor important \u00een elaborarea spectacolului l-a avut Maia Morgenstern, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd \u00een calitatea sa de manager al Teatrului Evreiesc de Stat, interesat\u0103 de aceast\u0103 companie de teatru care a pus baza TES-ului \u0219i a dat o direc\u021bie cultural\u0103 care mai poate fi reg\u0103sit\u0103 \u0219i azi \u00een anumite instan\u021be. Ulterior, aportul doamnei Morgenstern s-a concretizat \u0219i actorice\u0219te: a elaborat un personaj integrat \u00een poveste \u0219i devenit central spectacolului. Am elaborat cu precau\u021bie acest personaj misterios, Maria Davidescu (jucat de Maia Morgenstern \u0219i Natalie Ester), autoarea unui scenariu teatral scris \u00een 1945 despre un grup de femei de na\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi diverse deportate la Auschwitz, scenariu respins de cenzur\u0103 \u00een 1950. Pe manuscrisul p\u0103strat la Arhivele Na\u021bionale scrie cu creion albastru \u00een dreptul numelui, \u201efost\u0103 deportat\u0103 la Au\u0219vi\u021b\u201d. Ne-a interesat aceast\u0103 dramaturg\u0103-actri\u021b\u0103 supravie\u021buitoare, care ulterior este respins\u0103 de mediul teatral \u0219i datorit\u0103 dilemelor morale privind rela\u021bia dintre autor \u0219i opera sa, care poate fi nepotrivit\u0103 unui moment istoric sau respins\u0103 de contemporani, \u0219i drama real\u0103 care st\u0103 \u00een spatele elabor\u0103rii unor lucr\u0103ri artistice semi-fic\u021bionale care nu \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103sesc audien\u021ba. De\u0219i spectacolul poart\u0103 numele liderului companiei, el nu este central ci, \u00een mod paradoxal, un pretext pentru a contura o serie de situa\u021bii \u0219i personaje semi-fic\u021bionale inspirate din zbaterile teatrului evreiesc din perioada 1945-1946, dar \u0219i, prin procesul istoriciz\u0103rii, relevante pentru momentul cultural actual cu incertitudinile \u0219i c\u0103ut\u0103rile noastre de acum. Una din principalele probleme cu care ne-am confruntat a fost una conceptual\u0103: cum vom putea spune o poveste a unor oameni care au existat \u0219i au lucrat \u00een acela\u0219i loc \u00een care lucr\u0103m azi, cum vom putea \u00eentrupa \u0219i reflecta acea realitate? Un aport important, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 actorii din distribu\u021bie \u0219i Orchestra TES, l-au avut scenografa Oana Micu \u0219i muzicianul Andrei Dinescu, care au contribuit cu solu\u021bii practice \u0219i viziune \u00een g\u0103sirea direc\u021biei juste. Un film britanic vorbe\u0219te despre cum pielea tuturor celor care au tr\u0103it \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu, chiar \u0219i pe perioade lungi, r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een aer \u00een particule minuscule \u0219i este respirat\u0103 de cei din prezent, corpul fiind \u00eentr-o permanent\u0103 re\u00eenoire. Cu acest spectacol a existat permanent o senza\u021bie de re\u00eenoire c\u00e2t se poate de palpabil\u0103 pe parcursul muncii la scen\u0103, de\u0219i discutam despre un eveniment istoric c\u00e2t se poate de clar delimitat \u00een timp \u0219i spa\u021biu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exist\u0103 spectacole \/ demersuri performative pe care le-ai creat (la care ai contribuit) care se apropie mai mult &#8211; ca form\u0103, ca tip de lucru, ca abordare &#8211; de zona laboratorului artistic? Care sunt particularit\u0103\u021bile lor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ele au la baz\u0103, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, o \u00een\u021belegere \u00een detaliu a evenimentului fie cotidian sau istoric, \u0219i a rela\u021biei subiect-obiect. Metoda de lucru, pe care o numesc dialectic\u0103, este o evitare constant\u0103 de \u00eempingere la absolut a vreunei componente din interac\u021biunea \u00eentregului, o evitare a \u201epl\u0103cerilor dezinteresate\u201d sau o rezisten\u021b\u0103 la gestul tentant de a oferi solu\u021bii totalizatoare \u00een spectacole sau lucr\u0103ri artistice. Acest proces de lucru nu este unul familiar \u0219i necesit\u0103 timp \u0219i studiu, este \u0219i o explorare bazat\u0103 pe mult dialog \u0219i joc al contradic\u021biilor. Iar fiecare lucrare \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u0219i o nou\u0103 dezvoltare a unei practici artistice care evolueaz\u0103 \u0219i se transform\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crezi c\u0103 \u00een actualele contexte de produc\u021bie, sistemul de lucru de tip laborator &#8211; care presupune o alt\u0103 dinamic\u0103 \u0219i un alt timp &#8211; devine mult mai complicat de gestionat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M-a\u0219 opri la termenul de laborator care ofer\u0103 o direc\u021bie c\u00e2t se poate de precis\u0103 demersului artistic: raportul dintre art\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 ca forme distincte de reac\u021bie la via\u021ba cotidian\u0103, la realitate. Travaliul teatral, ca form\u0103 de contact al artistului de teatru cu lumea, prin formele sale diverse, influen\u021bate de condi\u021biile istorice specifice, ne afecteaz\u0103 devenirea ca subiectivit\u0103\u021bi cu vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i limite. Acest travaliu este afectat la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u de momentele de r\u0103scruce, de clivaje, de frici \u0219i momente traumatice, de instabilitate material\u0103 sau lips\u0103 de recunoa\u0219tere a demersului artistic. Dar toate aceste probleme care apar constant \u00een vie\u021bile noastre ne fac s\u0103 mergem mai departe \u0219i s\u0103 studiem \u00een continuare cauzele simptomului pentru a putea produce noi realit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_ZN8gdsDmCQ?si=OG7OQYlUjqWUY3U1\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00e2t de deschis \u021bi se pare peisajul teatral local pentru demersuri de cercetare, experiment, laborator? Pute\u021bi indica exemple concrete care, de-a lungul timpului, v-au atras aten\u021bia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0219c\u0103rile contemporane pot fi explicate prin cauzele lor: urm\u0103rind parcursul artelor performative de la noi din ultimele decenii, putem \u00een\u021belege \u0219i momentul \u00een care ne afl\u0103m la nivel de cercetare \u0219i experiment \u00een teatru. Dincolo de subiectivit\u0103\u021bi estetice sau de sentimentele de solitudine \u0219i neputin\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba unei lumi greu de p\u0103truns, cred c\u0103 situa\u021bia istoric\u0103 negativ\u0103 pentru experimentul artistic nu este acceptat\u0103 necritic de peisajul nostru teatral \u0219i artistic. Exist\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103ri de mediatizare artistic\u0103 a materiei sociale, dincolo de sociologisme facile, iar aceste cercet\u0103ri artistice, de anticipare \u00een laborator a unor procese mai largi, au \u00een comun teza lui Georg Luk\u00e1cs\u00a0 privind ad\u00e2ncimea subiectivit\u0103\u021bii \u00een procesul artistic (care ar fi direct propor\u021bional\u0103 cu amplitudinea \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103rii ei \u00een lume). Actele artistice de emergen\u021b\u0103, care scot la suprafa\u021b\u0103 subiectivit\u0103\u021bi artistice remarcabile, sunt constant \u0219i multiplu marcate de rela\u021bia cu realitatea din jurul lor, de problemele concrete cu care se confrunt\u0103 arti\u0219tii \u00een propria existen\u021b\u0103. Din acest punct de vedere, tr\u0103im cu siguran\u021b\u0103, ca arti\u0219ti, vremuri interesante care se reflect\u0103 \u00een produc\u021biile noastre culturale.
