Sigur, aceasta poate s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 \u00eentreaga palet\u0103 de procese care stau la baza construc\u021biei unui spectacol de teatru. Pot s\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc c\u0103 la fiecare repeti\u021bie cercetez emo\u021bii, cercetez noi moduri de a lucra cu actorii. Cred c\u0103 e important felul \u00een care interpretez eu termenul de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cercetare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Adesea m\u0103 raportez la ideea de cercetare ca fiind ceva ce se face \u00eenainte de \u00eenceperea repeti\u021biilor. Poate pentru c\u0103 timpul pe care \u00eel avem pentru montarea spectacolelor pare s\u0103 se comprime. De cele mai multe ori lucrez \u0219ase s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni la un spectacol, fapt care \u00eemi reduce considerabil timpul pe care mi-l pot permite s\u0103 cercetez <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la scen\u0103<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Cum \u00ee\u021bi organizezi etapele de cercetare?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca regizor, am de cele mai multe ori privilegiul de a fi ini\u021biatorul \u0219i de a decide direc\u021bia de cercetare, \u00een func\u021bie de interesele mele, \u00een momentul \u00een care propun un spectacol unui teatru.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu a fost acesta cazul la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu mai \u021bine linia ocupat\u0103<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, unde am rugat-o pe dramaturga Alexandra Felseghi s\u0103 propun\u0103 un subiect care o intereseaz\u0103 pe ea. Am avut adesea privilegiul de a lucra, de a explora \u0219i a face prima parte din procesul de cercetare \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ea, indiferent de cine planteaz\u0103 ideea care sta la baza spectacolului, fapt care mi-a permis s\u0103 m\u0103 concentrez pe etapa cea mai important\u0103 din procesul de cercetare scenic\u0103, lucrul cu actorii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cent\u00e2lnirea cu ei, cu imaginarul lor, \u00eemi rezolv\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 excep\u021bie, orice a r\u0103mas neclar pe h\u00e2rtie. \u00cen cazul meu, pot spune c\u0103, adesea, cercetarea de acas\u0103 nu se potrive\u0219te cu cercetarea din scen\u0103. Ultima etap\u0103 a cercet\u0103rii este reprezentat\u0103 de \u00eent\u00e2lnirea spectacolului cu publicul. Este etapa r\u0103spunsurilor. Tot ce a fost p\u00e2n\u0103 acolo a fost s\u0103 explor\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 chestion\u0103m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Po\u021bi detalia felul \u00een care ai lucrat la spectacolul selectat \u00een FNT?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delfini<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a fost o premier\u0103 pentru mine, din varii puncte de vedere. Este primul spectacol unde m-am ocupat \u0219i de partea de text. Dramaturgul Flavius Luc\u0103cel a fost extrem de generos \u0219i mi-a permis s\u0103 folosesc textul lui, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Singur\u0103tatea Pietrelor<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ca punct de plecare pentru povestea pe care doream s\u0103 o spun. Am avut nevoie de acest ajutor deoarece nu am mai scris text p\u00e2n\u0103 acum \u0219i, de\u0219i am idei, \u00eemi lipse\u0219te structura. A fost un spectacol pe care l-am \u00eenceput greu, am evitat s\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc prea mult la el \u00eenainte s\u0103 \u00eencep repeti\u021biile, a\u0219a c\u0103 etapa de cercetare prealabil\u0103 a fost cvasi inexistent\u0103. Textul l-am scris dimine\u021bile, \u00eenainte de repeti\u021bii, \u00een func\u021bie de ce construiam la scen\u0103. E un spectacol de care sunt foarte legat\u0103 deoarece este construit pe amintiri, subiective desigur, ale unor evenimente din copil\u0103ria mea. Aceasta este o alt\u0103 premier\u0103 pentru mine: vulnerabilizarea. P\u00e2n\u0103 la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delfini<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> am lucrat destul de rece. Rece la interior, fierbinte la exterior, e o vorb\u0103 din \u0219coal\u0103. Acum a fost o ardere permanent\u0103. A fost prima dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd am lucrat cu dubl\u0103 distribu\u021bie, fapt care nu a fost lipsit de provoc\u0103ri. Mi-am dorit ca cei doi actori care joac\u0103 rolul tat\u0103lui, Andrei Dinu \u0219i Eduard B\u00e2ndiu, s\u0103 exploreze o zon\u0103 diferit\u0103 a energiei masculine. Care sunt particularit\u0103\u021bile lor?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cred c\u0103 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delfini<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fabrici \u0219i Uzine<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se apropie cel mai mult, ca form\u0103 de lucru, de zona laboratorului artistic. Prin laborator \u00een\u021beleg \u0219i o doz\u0103 mare de \u00eencredere \u00een interiorul echipei, \u00een capacitatea de a ne acorda libertate \u0219i de a ne proteja reciproc. Acestea au fost spectacolele unde mi-am permis s\u0103 ies cel mai mult din personajul regizorului \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eendr\u0103znesc s\u0103 am \u00eencredere \u00een colegii mei, \u00eencrederea \u0219i vulnerabilizarea fiind dou\u0103 sentimente pe care le accesez mai greu. La Delfini am lucrat cu colegii mei de la Teatrul Municipal din Baia Mare, o echip\u0103 de actori excep\u021bional\u0103, \u0219i datorit\u0103 acestei colegialit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i a faptului c\u0103 nu suntem la primul proiect \u00eempreun\u0103, n-am sim\u021bit c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 perform\u0103m, s\u0103 ne demonstr\u0103m ceva unii altora. Schimbul de idei a fost natural \u0219i rolurile \u00een procesul de crea\u021bie nu au mai fost at\u00e2t de relevante.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen cazul spectacolului <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fabrici \u0219i Uzine,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contextul \u00een care am lucrat a avut din start premisele unui laborator de crea\u021bie. Este un spectacol f\u0103cut \u00eentr-o var\u0103, \u00een Zal\u0103u. Retrospectiv, mi se pare c\u0103 a fost spectacolul unde ne-am oferit cea mai mare libertate \u0219i al c\u0103rui proces de lucru a avut cea mai mare doz\u0103 de impredictibilitate. Am f\u0103cut interviuri cu localnicii din care a rezultat mai apoi textul, am avut \u00een echipa artistic\u0103, inclusiv \u00een distribu\u021bie, elevi de la liceele din ora\u0219. A fost ceva ce s-a construit \u00een comunitate, cu ajutorul comunit\u0103\u021bii.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Crezi c\u0103 \u00een actualele contexte de produc\u021bie, sistemul de lucru de tip laborator &#8211; care presupune o alt\u0103 dinamic\u0103 \u0219i un alt timp &#8211; devine mult mai complicat de gestionat?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da. Mi se pare c\u0103 \u00eentreg sectorul cultural este \u00eentr-un impas. \u00cen timp ce bugetul pentru cultur\u0103 scade, pare c\u0103 num\u0103rul produc\u021biilor cre\u0219te. Spectacolele la care s-a lucrat, s\u0103 zicem, \u0219ase luni, unde au existat etape ample de c\u0103ut\u0103ri, devin o rara avis. Ca peste tot, a \u00eenceput s\u0103 se strecoare \u0219i \u00een zona artelor spectacolului ideea de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a livra<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Po\u021bi da exemple concrete care, de-a lungul timpului, \u021bi-au atras aten\u021bia?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deschidere exist\u0103, mai ales din partea genera\u021biilor tinere, care au terminat \u00een ultimii ani facultatea. Exist\u0103 c\u00e2\u021biva piloni relevan\u021bi\u00a0 pentru cercetare \u00een peisajul teatral autohton, precum Centrul de Teatru Educa\u021bional Replika, Reactor de crea\u021bie \u0219i experiment, fostul Macaz, Teatrul Andrei Mure\u0219eanu din Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe \u0219i Teatrul Tineretului din Piatra Neam\u021b.
