second-rate goddesses by Alexandra Felseghi, concept and direction by Andrei Măjeri, is a performance that brings to the same stage actresses from three different cities and three different theatres, highly-praised in the geographical regions where they are performing, but less known outside of them: Elena Ivanca (actress of the Lucian Blaga National Theatre Cluj-Napoca), Ioana Dragoș Gajdó (actress of the Regina Maria Theatre Oradea), Silvia Luca (actress of the Mihai Eminescu Theatre Botoșani).

second-rate goddesses questions a topic of contemporary interest: the boundary between public and private, between stage magic and the reality of personal life. The show springs from an autobiographical documentation, focusing mainly on the turning points in the actresses’ careers, which have caused significant turns. An endeavour that brings into question how artists are often changed like pieces. The harsh mechanism of the arts crushes sensitive personalities who have reached a high level of performance in another era, stuns those caught between ages and does not give much hope to those at the beginning of their careers. But the vocation does not perish, it seeks new harbours to dock and co-creators to spark small personal revolutions and stimulate dialogue.

After the premiere on September 2023 in Bucharest, the show is now performed in all the co-producing theatres: creart/TEATRELLI (the initiator of the project and the main producer), Lucian Blaga National Theatre Cluj-Napoca, Regina Maria Theatre Oradea and Mihai Eminescu Theatre Botoșani.
