A dreamland. Nostalgia for a past we never lived. Or forgotten. A curator of contemporary art, a former singer in her youth, wins the selection to represent Romania at the Venice Art Biennale with her performance installation called 10 Things I Lost at Mamaia Festival. Over the six months spent in Venice, 10 performers enclosed in the exhibition relive real or fictional memories from the history of Romanian pop music, spent (or not) in Mamaia, related to iconic stars, but mostly to small, unfulfilled artistic destinies.
