…which tells the story of the residents of a block of flats, placed nowhere in particular, but somewhere in Romania, who, at the same time with the ongoing local, European Parliament and presidential elections, have to choose the block’s president. The elderly residents, the classic old granny in opposition with the hipsters and rockers of the block are fighting a fierce electoral battle to impose their candidate for the coveted position.
