A father all torn up by work and the poverty-stricken environment in which he grew up. A son longing for his father’s affection, a figure unable to offer his son the love he needed. Who Killed My Father tells the story of a violent relationship between a father and his son, marked by themes such as belonging, human compassion, and toxic masculinity. The text is a dramatisation after the novel with the same title, by the French author Édouard Louis whose writings have a strong autobiographical dimension.
