Member of the Theater Union of Romania (UNITER) and Honorary President of the International Association of Theatre Critics (AICT) \/ Romanian section &#8211; Theatre studies. She has contributed to important cultural publications in Romania and abroad. Member of the board of <em>Critical Stages\/Sc\u00e8nes Critiques<\/em> of AICT\/IATC. Director of the National Theatre Festival &#8220;I.L. Caragiale&#8221; (2002, 2003, 2020 editions) and director of the World Congress of Theatre Critics organized in Bucharest (2003). Initiator of the &#8220;Thalia&#8221; Project &#8211; the World Critics Award granted by AICT\/IATC to great theatre people from all over the world (the trophy was created by the scenographer Drago\u0219 Buhagiar). Author of the books <em>La vie en rose<\/em> <em>with Clody Bertola<\/em> ( Publish. Humanitas, 1997; Publish. Nemira, 2023; Critics&#8217; Prize, 1997), <em>The Magician King &#8211; \u0218tefan Iordache<\/em> (Publish. Nemira, 2004, 2018; Publish. Jurnalul &amp; Curtea Veche, 2008; UNITER Award, 2004), <em>Gigi C\u0103ciuleanu &#8211; DanceMan<\/em> ( Publish. ICR &amp; Nemira, 2017 &#8211; 3 volumes in Romanian, English and French).
