Latest changes

in the program of the National Theater Festival

Due to the unavailability of one of the actors, two shows included in the Focus: Silviu Purcărete, a stage director’s world section, A Tempest, after W. Shakespeare, and As You Like It, or the Night at the End of the Fair (Twelfth Night) by W. Shakespeare, both productions of Marin Sorescu National Theater in Craiova, will no longer be performed in the National Festival.

Under the circumstances, the artistic director of the NTF, the critic Alice Georgescu, invited to the section dedicated to the stage director the show Measure for Measure, directed bySilviu Purcărete at the same theater. There will be a single performance on Sunday, 4 November, at 21.30, at the Grand Hall of the Bucharest National Theater, which will close the 22^nd edition of the festival.
