It is our pleasure to announce that the National Theatre Festival was elected by public voting winner of the Theatre section the City of Bucharest Awards within the BucureştiTu Gala.
The 12 awards were granted after a public online voting procedure that took place from September 1st to September 14th 2015 on the website www.bucurestitu.ro, giving the inhabitants of Bucharest the opportunity to choose their favorites.
The National Theatre Festival has scored 40,4 % , competing against the other two nominees, The „Undercloud” Festival and the National Independent Theatre Festival.
The Awards of the City of Bucharest will be offered to their winners on September 20th 2015, within the BucureştiTu Gala, that will take place at the Studio Hall of the „I.L.Caragiale” National Theatre Bucharest.
The BucureştiTu Gala is organized by the City Hall of the Municipality of Bucharest through ArCuB and its aim is to award most important personalities and projects from the fields of tourism, literature, music, journalism, research and education, architecture, film, theatre, visual arts, ecology, health.
The anniversary 25 edition of the NTF will take place from October 23 rd to November 1st 2015, in Bucharest.
