E altfel.

Passer- by, stop! This is the invitation launched to everyone passing through the University Square Underground Crossing starting October 19th. Let the passer by stop, not hurry for a few moments, allow a few moments to look around, to listen about, to see that this space is not grey, not cold, but colorful, warm, lively, different…

…to see warm hearted theatre artists who are eager to talk to people, to talk about them, to tell about what they are doing, what and where they play, to communicate that what they do is for him, the goer, the potential theatre goer.
The series of events due in the University Square Underground Crossing has started on Monday night with the launch of the NTF Passage. Why? Well, because the 25th National Theatre Festival (October 23rd / November 1st) is about to start. A celebration of theatre! And what shouldn’t all honest citizens know about this? Why shouldn’t the hurried subway traveller be reminded of this? That theatre exists- for him, for her. This little improvised stage stands here for the hurried metro traveller, along with various presentation stands, with over 250 theatre posters (there have been many performances in these 25 festival years), with screens and promotional material, a podium where actors from the selected performances are invited to come and talk to the passers by, to invite them to the theatre.
People have stopped, intrigued, curious, satisfied.

Margareta Pâslaru will be present in the NTF passage every day from 16.30 to 18.30.
Yes, many people have bought this CD on the day of the NTF Passage launch and Margareta Pâslaru stated: „I have been invited and one can’t deny such an invitation. I am very pleased to see how, at each new arrival of a train, a wave of music lovers turns towards our stand. It’s been very successful. We do have a major cause, we want to help, via UNITER, the artists who are old and suffering and are not any longer able to be on stage. I feel very mobilized by this cause. The audiences are eager to have signed copies and to see us here. It’s a joy being in direct contact with those who listen to our songs”.
