Two actresses DL&CT, two directors MC & AFI, two roles: MOTHER & DAUGHTER, a rainy day and a TEXT – CD brought us together (such a crazy thing), DB joined us (a moment of grace) and especially CC said YES and gave us courage. And many spectators who hugged us. I didn’t create this show, I just accompany it, marvel at it and am glad about it. So I dare say that it’s a good one, that it’s an exceptional performance among other things because it has a unique story: it was born at the first reading. Not the second reading, not after rehearsals, but on the first meeting, in front of me, without me uttering any single word – or indication. A performance whose images you will find inside yourselves. To be seen with closed eyes and an open heart. MC (we’ll talk after).
