Memoria Apa by Teona Galgoțiu

What happens when a young woman begins to take anxiolytic medicamentation in order to avoid reality? “Memoria Apa” is a text exploring anxiety and the escape into narcotic dreams, as done by a woman whose surrounding world has become opaque.

Double Standard by Cornelia Iordache

The inner monologue of a housewife taking refuge in her own mind. She is condemned to become a household appliance in her own family, a family no longer paying any cent of attention to her. Is there an escape for the housewives who turned invisible for their loved ones?

White noise by Andrei Radu

In a park, two women, a Mother and a Grandmother are sharing their beliefs on raising children. Are we, right now, assisting to an intergenerational conflict never to be solved?

Bra Bre Bri Bro Bru de Daria Ancuța

Three differently aged actors are confessing to the audience. They are dissecting their fears, their failures, their ephemeral successes. They are trying to be part of the Romanian theatrical system, which nowadays resembles a minefield, eaten from the inside by its issues and turned to stone.

the real girl the pixelated viruses and the memory of hair by Ioana Toloargă

The real girl is making up with an entire world populated by her imaginary friends. She isn’t loved. She is trying to use social media. There is no answer there. Gradually, she feels more and more unloved. Her imaginary friends are exploring, by her side, what is going on in her mind. A comical and absurd text about love, sex and loneliness.

The performances will be followed by a meeting between the audience, the creation team, and directors and playwrights Bogdan Georgescu and Petro Ionescu.
